Tree Planting exercise 2025

Mama C.T. Kadzamira planted a tree in front of Kamuzu Academy Chapel on 2nd April, 2025. Standing with her are the Medical Advisor to the Board, Dr Patrick Chirwa on her left; the Headmaster Mr Andrew Lambert-Knott and Deputy Headmaster (P), Dr Hawkins Gondwe are on her right.

This is resonating with the Founder’s repeated statement that “…when I was growing up in the village, trees were everything, (therefore) they must be preserved…”
